This is a fantastic property located in the gated community of Ticonderoga. The 5-acre lot is mostly flat and has several building sites possible. It overlooks the valley, and you can see Heroin Lake from this site. If you're an outdoor type, there are plenty of things to offer here. The 4 recreational fishing pounds are a short walk or drive away. They are part of the community property that is open to only owners in the Ticonderoga community. There is a 7 mile stretch on the back side that connects the two halves of Ticonderoga together that you can ride your UTV, ATV, bicycles or take a hike. The creek that feeds the ponds is great for fly fishing. There's also another pond on the East side. If you like seeing plenty of wildlife this is the place, Turkeys, Elk, Deer and Brown Bears, just to name a few. So come check it out this is great place to build a cabin getaway or maybe camp for a few days, Its only about an hour from Pagosa Springs and an hr. and a half from Santa Fe. Chama is about a 15-minute drive.
